Brain Education For World Peace

It has been said that peace is not just the absence of war, the harmony between the internal being of a person and the environment. This definition of peace is best observed in human development and study of behavioral sciences. It has long been observed that an adult is more often than not the result of his or her childhood experiences. If child is exposed to violence, then he or she is likely to be violent when it gets to be a fully developed adult.

Similarly, medics have observed that persons who are religious and strictly observe their religious practices or meditate a lot are likely to be live longer. This is because they experience less illness and even when sick, are likely to recuperate faster.

These are evidence that what is observed in a society is the sum total of what is in the emotions and the physic of the people. For example, due to the high quality of life in Nordic countries, the people report less incidences and prevalence of mental illness. The people are also relatively more peaceful.

By emphasizing the training for people on how to manage the internal environment, for example by managing the fears, negative feelings, pressure, stress, and other sources of negative energy in the body, then one is able to contribute to world peace. There will be more peace makers in such as community than the trouble makers.

Brain education provides such an opportunity or tool to bridge the gap between inner peace and the external environment. It can contribute to world peace because those who train in it are equipped with the skills for management of the cognitive and motors.

Brain education practitioners have also recognized that the optimum functionality of the brain is achieved through regular exercise. This exercise is not limited to the physical exercises alone, but also to the cognitive exercises.

When several people are healthier in the brain because of the exercises and brain education, we shall have a population of tolerant men and women. They will be slow to anger and will not need to secure their individual survival. Dahn Yoga employs simple exercises based on ancient Korean healing traditions for its members and instructors.

Brain Power – How to Enhance Oxygenation

The brain is no doubt one of the most important organs in the body. In fact, without a well functional brain, you would be referred to as a cabbage. This means that the rest of the body would not be able to function well. The emphasis on brain power development is because of the recognition of the known functions of the brain. The way we think, or behave; the creativity that we have and the memory all depends on the brain. With a well functional and relaxed power brain, achievement of world peace is even more likely.

The brain power is therefore the ultimate determinant of how much power will be available to the rest of the body. Every function of the muscles is determined by the coordination of the brain. A good coordination between the brain and the heart muscles is important for equal distribution of energy.

The brain uses mainly glucose and ketones for its fuel. Ketones are the carbon skeletal of fatty acids and broken amino acids. This is a unique energy requirement considering that other body muscles will comfortably use other sources of fuel such as fatty acids, amino acids and alcohol.

Even with the availability of glucose and ketones, the brain will not perform well without the presence of adequate oxygen. It is the supplied oxygen that enables the ‘burning’ of the fuel to produce energy for the cells use.

For the brain to serve as a true powerhouse, it needs to have adequate supply of oxygen. The proportion of oxygen supplied is most cases proportional to the energy output of the brain cells. To make the most of brain power, then it is essential that adequate oxygenation is supplied to the brain. This article discusses how you can enhance the oxygen supply to the brain.

Brain respiration is a common method that has been employed to measure brain power and develop the power capabilities. Brain respiration employs a number of simple exercises that are used during training to integrate mind and body functions. The expected result of the brain power development is a creative yet peaceful brain that is well aware of its environment.

Dahn Yoga Dallas

As a youngster, I was completely vexed by this predicament, but I had no way to solve it or to understand it. I could not concentrate, and my moods fluctuated wildly. I remember a conversation with my high school roommate; a straight-A student who my parents hoped would have a good influence on me.

He always sat studying at his desk, as soon he got home from school. One day, I sat there staring blankly at the back of his head as he studied.

“What are you doing?” I asked.
“Can’t you see?! I’m studying,” he replied.
“Why arc you studying?” I asked.
“A quiz is coming up. I have to get good grades to get into a good college.”
“Why do you want to go to college?”
“To be successful.”
“What are you going to do after becoming successful?”
“Live happily.”
“What is happiness?”

Finally, he turned around, perplexed bv mv question. Being the A student he was, he sincerely wanted to answer the question. He could not find an answer; he just stared at the ceiling.

“What is the purpose of our life?” I asked.
“Do you know?” he returned.

“I don’t. That’s why I am asking.”

“Let’s stop. There are so many other questions to solve.”

“But everything hangs on the answer to this. It is the first thing to solve,” I said.
Not too much later, my roommate requested to live in another dorm with someone else. It was no wonder, given my obsessive behavior and mv brooding nature. Most of my peers avoided me, my grades suffered, and I had no sense ot direction. At the time, it seemed as it these questions that occupied mv mind were haunting me like a dark specter, but now I have come to see them as a gift that allowed me to really get to the underlying nature of life, in spite of the pain involved.

No one likes problems. Nevertheless, all of your problems are a blessing. They all exist to help you realize your true self.

When facing any problem, remember that the problem itself is just an illusion that stems from the false self created by the ego. Most people make the critical error of focusing on the problem itself, which ironically just brings more of the same into being.
